Based on the investor's requirements, the original layout of the flat did not change significantly. The house's staircase landing leads to the entrance hallway, which separates a working nook on the west by a glass wall and a kitchen with a dining room on the east by a sliding glass wall. A furniture wall is built in along the interior load-bearing wall in the middle of the layout. It serves as the entrance to a bedroom and a living room. The living room also includes a built-in working nook, which can be closed. Another requirement from the investor was to design the interior with regard to the presence of cats. The separation by glass walls in the entrance does not reduce the light transmission and the views through, but it allows creating various zones for the animals to move. The movement of the animals in the other rooms is limited. The material was also designed according to the investor's wish. Washable and scratch-resistant Marmoleum floors are installed in heavy duty spaces. In addition, the built-in furniture is equipped with a "colour and material mosaic", in which replaceable parts of a terry carpet alternate with Marmoleum. This has created functional cat scratching areas, accentuated by colour and material. In spaces with no cat movement, the furniture colour is aligned with the entrance spaces, with door surfaces designed in light wooden colour and frosted glass in aluminium frames. The floors are existing ones, made of renovated oak parquets.
